Cannot Access 'My Support Tickets" from the Members Site

Description

You cannot access "My Support Tickets" from the Members Site.

Cause

There are two possible causes.

Cause 1

You entered incorrect credentials.

Cause 2

You navigated to the previous, non-operational portal.

Affected Versions

Not dependent on product version.

Solution

  1. Access the rerouted portal: http://omembers.pnmsoft.com.
  2. Verify that you entered the correct credentials. (If you still cannot access your tickets, proceed to step 3).
  3. Change your password, and try accessing the portal again. (If you still cannot access your tickets, proceed to step 4).
  4. Access the Support ticketing site: http://support.pnmsoft.com.
