You cannot access "My Support Tickets" from the Members Site.
There are two possible causes.
You entered incorrect credentials.
You navigated to the previous, non-operational portal.
Not dependent on product version.
- Access the rerouted portal: http://omembers.pnmsoft.com.
- Verify that you entered the correct credentials. (If you still cannot access your tickets, proceed to step 3).
- Change your password, and try accessing the portal again. (If you still cannot access your tickets, proceed to step 4).
- Access the Support ticketing site: http://support.pnmsoft.com.
