In Ops Manager, you may configure when and which statuses will appear on the status bar. Go to Administration > Lookup Tables > ICM Data Model > Statuses.
With Display order field, you can configure the order in which the statuses appear on the bar, and with Always visible check box you can set whether the status should be visible always or not.
If a status is set to not visible always, it will be displayed on the status bar only when it is the current status for a case.
You can change the status label on StatusName field in the same ICM Data Model lookup.
