Flowtime Does Not Display Properly on Mobile Devices

Flowtime site and forms load properly on desktop browsers, but do not load properly on mobile devices. Some common issues include:

  • Missing Flowtime grids
  • Missing CSS
  • JavaScript is not running
  • Remote debugging displays errors, such as:
Refused to execute script from 'https://flowdev.viacom.com/Shared%20Resources/js/jQuery/jQueryInclude.js' because its MIME type ('text/html') is not executable, and strict MIME type checking is enabled……
Uncaught ReferenceError: $sq is not defined ……..

SharePoint applies its own mobile view policy, which conflicts with Cora SeQuence behavior.

Affected Versions

All versions with Flowtime on SharePoint.

There are two solutions.

  1. Deactivate the Mobile View feature in SharePoint by navigating to Flowtime > Site Settings > Manage site features > Locate Mobile Browser View > Deactivate.
  2. For mobile device access, instead of using Flowtime, use ProcessTOGO, which is a lighter runtime application designed specifically for mobile devices.
